Underwater Pelletizing System

The underwater pelletizing system produces uniform, spherical plastic pellets by extruding molten plastic through a die plate and into a water-filled chamber where it is immediately cooled and cut into pellets. This system offers high efficiency, precise control over pellet size and shape, and is suitable for a wide range of polymers, especially adhesives, petrochemicals, masterbatches, reaction extrusion, and elastomers like TPE, TPO, TPU, and TPv.
